Gardner + Gerrish teamed with the Engineer firm BSC Group to re-design the first and ninth holes which have suffered from poorly drained soils and an uninspiring golf strategy. We developed plans that eliminate the new moon flooding, removed phragmites conditions by creating marsh, added slit drainage and proper surface pitch in addition to improving the strategy while enhancing the sea side character. This project was completed in 2021.
